Re: Benign paroxysmal vertigo

I have recurring severe attacks, usually when I'm getting over a severe cold or allergies. I've become proactive in prevention and treatment. The most important thing I've learned is to do the Eply Maneuver at the first sign of vertigo. I generally need to do it twice to achieve relief (I used YouTube videos to learn the Eply Maneuver). If this fails, I see an audiologist immediately for treatment.
