I think having a Fitbit would enable me to be more intune with my body and daily activity which would help me to achieve maximum mobility on a daily basis.  It would be wonderful opportunity to improve myself. Thank you for offering this. 🙂

As  a 54 year old woman who was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 at age 44.

1. I would tell my younger self that diet and exercise are absolutely essential and not just what some people engage in.

2 .i would tell my younger self to take a proactive role with physicians. I told one of my physians at age 35 "I think I have PCOS (which is very closely related to diabetes) and she said in a flippant manner " of course you do, look at you!

3. Eat your Vegetables and do not drink SODA.

I would love to win the fit bit as I have already had Diabetes Type 2 for 10 years and I'm still young and diabetes can be a lifelong sentence if you don't exercise and eat right.Winning a  Fitbit would be a Godsend to help  and motivate me to get the 10,000 steps needed on a daily basis.

Hoping and Wishing,

Susan

I had an original Fitbit Charge that the band came off of.   I loved it as a tool to keep track of steps, etc. It would be awesome to win a new one!

I have another brand that I use daily but it doesn't have all the utilities that a fitbit has. Plus I can't get additional rewards for good points with the other brand.  A fitbit would be a plus
