I keep getting the following error
Unable to process your redemption request
This has been happening for over 24 hours so I'm not sure what's wrong. I've logged out and logged in and cleared cookies and cache. I've even used another browser.
Hi agrberg! I am happy to help. When you go to pay, the credit card name and number must match the AARP account name and address. If membership in one person's name and then you pay with a spouses card, it will not go thru. @AARPConsumerCareit's still not working. Is this a known system issue or isolated to my account? Either way should I start assuming I'll not be able to redeem these points any longer?
