Welcome to week one of the Care4YouToo Fitness and Weight Loss Contest for the Caregiver. This week’s focus is on making small changes.

To help the caregivers who join the challenge, twin fitness experts Kymberly Williams-Evans and Alexandra Williams will offer fitness tips, exercises, encouragement, and support as you progress through the Care4YouToo Contest.
Replying to this post will officially enter you in the contest for a chance to win one (1) weekly prize valued at approximately $125 (may be gift card) and one (1) grand prize gift card valued at $500 that’s coupled with 1,000 Points that can be used in the AARP Rewards for Goods Program.

So glad you are taking part in the Care4YouToo Challenge! Quick question, since getting fit can be a HUGE goal or change for many -- what factors will tell you when you are fit so that you know you've achieved your goal? For example, I feel fit when I wake up with energy, not fatigue, fit into my clothes comfortably, and can walk at a 3.8 mile pace with medium breathing and no sore muscles the next day.

I went from 4 cups of coffee a day down to 2. That's a lot of cream and sugar! Also low-fat cheese even though I hate it, and absolutely no fried foods. Stay tuned for more!
