Better sleep

I have put red light bulbs in one lamp which I turn on in evening when we watch TV. The red spectrum light helps melatonin production which is the hormone that helps you sleep better. I also put the red bulbs in the nightlight in our bedroom. This red spectrum light is very soothing and relaxing. Another benefit is that it really cuts down glare on your television screen while you are watching television. Adding these light is not only beneficial for the person needing care, but also for the caregiver. A good nights sleep is beneficial for everyone.
